Belief Coding

Belief Coding ® is the most powerful, quick healing modality that I have come across in my 20 years of working with people who are wanting to change their lives. When we are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self worth, lack of self belief & confidence in our daily lives, underneath these feelings are thoughts we are thinking about ourselves, such as: 

  • I am not confident enough to . . . 

  • I could never . . . 

  • I'm not clever enough to . . . 

  • I'm not good enough to  . . .

  • I wish I was . . . 

  • I need alcohol/drugs to cope

These are what we call limiting beliefs. They are what cause the feelings mentioned above. Our limiting beliefs come from our past negative experiences such as:

  • Being bullied at school or work

  • Abusive relationship

  • Failed relationships

  • Adults saying negative comments to you growing up

  • Living with parents who drank or took drugs

  • Living with parents who had mental health problems

  • Being bitten by a dog

  • Bad experience when swimming

And the list goes on.

We then go on to live our lives by the negative beliefs we have created.

 

A part of you has become trapped in the past. Every single experience is stored in our subconscious. To avoid similar experiences, our subconscious has created a protective belief so we don't have to experience it again and so keeps us safe. The trauma is stored in our body and in our subconscious so when we experience something similar, we will trigger old emotions, beliefs and behaviours. This then re-affirms your beliefs.

Using the techniques within Belief Coding ®, we are able to get back to the first memories from where the negative experience took place and the negative beliefs were created. You in the memory, is a reflection of you in the past. We then work with your 'reflection' and give them everything they need that they didn't get in the past, such as comfort, love, safety, protection and the chance to speak. This beautiful experience is how you will then remember the memory. This releases you from the past allowing you to complete the trauma cycle so you are no longer triggered by the experience.

Once we have worked on healing the memories that are connected to your discomfort, we then code in some new powerful positive beliefs such as:

  • I am more than good enough

  • I love all parts of who I am

  • I am worthy of love and respect

  • I deserve to have nice things in my life

The list goes on.

Because we have changed your beliefs, this changes how you feel. You will feel lighter, more positive and confident. This changes your actions. You will then start doing things you have been to anxious or scared to do, start taking action and be more motivated. That's when you notice Belief Coding ® has worked.
