These sessions are for people that want to work on more than one discomfort. For example, if they have have a fear of rejection, low self worth, don't like who they see in the mirror, have a lack of confidence then Mind Navigation is the perfect way to work through all of these discomforts. We can work on 3-6 discomforts.
The sessions take place over 3 consecutive weeks.
Week 1 - uncovering the negative beliefs and the memories where they were created
Week 2 - creating the new positive beliefs, designing a new you!
Week 3 - going back to the memories and healing your reflection
Mind Navigation is a transformational investment. You will connect the dots to your past. You will discover, the emotions you feel today are connected to your past negative experiences. It all becomes so much clearer of how your past is affecting your life today.
We will work on healing your reflection in about 10 core memories. Once we have done this, we will code in your new powerful positive beliefs.
