My Approach
We all have the tools within us to change our lives for the better but sometimes we need help in being able to realise this. It might be that you feel you don't have the tools to improve your life because in the past you have been made to feel like what you was doing was wrong, someone took away your tools or you was never given the tools which has lead you to lack confidence and self belief in your abilites.
We can never force someone to change, they have to want to change, be ready to change and recognise the time is right to change and if they don't change, then nothing will change. However, a person might be ready to change but they don't how to go about it, that's where I come in!
When we lack confidence & self belief we experience negative emotions such as frustration, annoyance, anxiety, leaving us believing we are not good enough, not intelligent enough, like we're a failure. These emotions and beliefs come from our past experiences and still affect us today. We can then turn to alcohol, drugs, smoking, food to help us to supress these emotions and give us some respite.
Having a lack of confidence in ourselves can hold us back from getting the job we want, booking to go on a solo holiday, dating, going to new places, trying new sports, lots of things. When we lack confidence & self-belief, our world can become a smaller place and we miss out on opportunites. We look on at other people and wish we we're more like them.
To help someone to realise their full potential and improve their beliefs about themselves, I use the following modalities:

Using the techniques within Belief Coding® we are able to access the first memories from when you created your negative beliefs about yourself and the world around you. We then work on healing the part of you that is trapped in the past, releasing you from the trauma.
We then code in some new powerful positive beliefs such as I am MORE than good enough, I achieve ANYTHING I set my mind to, I AM smart, capable and intelligent.
Once we change your beliefs, you begin to feel more confident and gain a new found inner strength. You then start doing things you've not been confident enough to do, speak up for yourself and try new things! That's when you know Belief Coding® has worked!
Before you commit to working with me, we would arrange a 30 minute call so I can find out a bit more about your situation, what it is that you need support with and explain how my services can help you.
Sometimes, clients only need one session depending on what their discomfort is. Some clients say they will need more sessions. In those cases, I use Belief Coding ® with Mind Navigation. This is a deeper healing version of Belief Coding ®. You have the chance to work on 3-6 discomforts which will equate to about 15 memories. In the second session we create some new powerful positive beliefs and in the third session, we go back to the 15 memories to heal the part of you that is trapped in that moment. We also code in the new beliefs.
Clients have commented and said it has been transformational, unbelievable experience and they couldn't believe how, how they are feeling today was connected to their past negative experiences. It's like connecting the dots in a giant dot to dot puzzle.
If clients are wanting to tackle their alcohol & drug use and would like support learning ways in how to go about it, then I teach you lots of techniques, give you information, help you understand about cravings and create a plan of how you are going to cut down and stop using.
