Wipe Out The Weed
Cannabis Recovery Program 

When the first thing you think of in the morning is weed, you know you have a problem! You might have tried to prolong your first joint to later in the day but then given in to temptation sooner than you thought. You might've given up for a short time - days, weeks even but then the weed has crept back in!

Giving up isn't easy. The smell of weed seems to be everywhere you go these days. People are smoking it like it doesn't effect them anymore. You have friends coming round to smoke at yours, new strengths are appearing you just have to try and you just can't seem to get to sleep without it. Then there's the cost of it.

When it gets to the point where you have to smoke that much to get a hit from it, then you know its time to quit! You are literally burning money!

Joining a 12 week program will help you to figure out what you need to do to cut down or stop. You will learn techniques on how to reduce your use, your triggers, put in better coping strategies, understand about cravings, the cycle of addiction and more. The program will be once a week via Zoom - don't run away! If you want to change, you have to step outside of your comfort zone sometimes! If you don't change, nothing will change. 

Being a part of an online group creates a community of like-minded people who are all trying to change their cannabis use. You will hear other people's experiences, learn from them and even offer encouraging support to others. There is a lot of power in a group. When one person changes, this empowers someone else to change like a ripple effect.
