How anxiety in the workplace stemmed from feeling inadequate as a child

She never considered how her past childhood experiences of feeling inadequate were effecting her confidence in the workplace.Ā 



Belief CodingĀ®ļøuncovered the memories that were connected to her underlying beliefs of ā€œI’m not smart enough ā€œ ā€œI’ll mess up like I always do.ā€Ā 



We worked on those memories and healed her younger self in those experiences so she could release trapped negative emotions. We did this by giving her younger self everything she needed such as love, safety, confidence and the chance to be heard šŸ’œ



Weeks have gone by and she feels like a different person - confident, happy and ready to say yes to taking on new challenges šŸ’ŖšŸ˜
